How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available for all vehicle types. Bikes typically deliver within 1–3 hours, while car and van deliveries are completed within 4–6 hours, depending on distance and traffic.
How are delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are based on two factors: parcel weight and distance from the pickup point. You can view the total cost after entering your delivery address on the product page.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link or live update via WhatsApp or email.
