1. Processing Time
We aim to dispatch your delivery request as quickly and securely as possible. All bookings are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Same-day deliveries are available for confirmed orders within operating hours. We do not process or dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Fees and Timeframes
Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are calculated based on your parcel's weight, selected vehicle type (bike, car, or van), and drop-off location. Fees are shown clearly at checkout once you enter your address. Same-day delivery typically ranges between 1 to 6 hours depending on vehicle and distance.
3. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Once your parcel is picked up for delivery, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details or live status (where applicable).
4. Service Area & Restrictions
Our courier service currently covers Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley only. Maximum service distances apply by vehicle type:
– Bike: up to 20 km
– Car & Van: up to 50 km
5. Issues with Delivery
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at regionalridessdnbhd@hotmail.com or 011-2361 5376. We will investigate and arrange for a resolution or replacement where appropriate.
